Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms cover booking and receiving mobile detailing services from Jordan Valley Detail, an owner-operated business serving South Jordan, Daybreak, West Jordan, Riverton, Herriman, Bluffdale, Draper, and Sandy, Utah. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary appropriate for a small local service business — not a substitute for legal advice.

Booking & pricing

Prices shown on jordanvalleydetail.com are accurate for the vehicle size selected and reflect a typically maintained vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, spills, long-neglected interiors) may need a deep-clean add-on — Sarah will always confirm the exact price by text from your photos before any additional work starts or any additional charge applies.

Access & service conditions

You don't need to be home for most services, but we do need reasonable access to your vehicle and a flat spot (your driveway or a comparable parking area) for the rig to work. Our rig brings its own water and power, so no access to your home's utilities is required. If a vehicle is inaccessible, locked, or the location is unsafe to work at on arrival, a trip fee may apply to cover the missed appointment window.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Weather and life happen — text us as early as you can if you need to reschedule and we'll find a new time. Membership plans can be canceled anytime with no contract and no cancellation fee.

The Jordan Valley Clean Guarantee

If anything isn't right, text a photo within 48 hours and Sarah comes back and re-does it. Free. No forms, no arguing.

Vehicle condition & liability

We treat every vehicle with care, but pre-existing damage (chips, scratches, worn or delicate factory finishes, aftermarket modifications, or prior interior stains that won't fully lift) isn't something a detail can undo, and we're not responsible for pre-existing conditions we didn't cause. Please point out anything fragile or already damaged before we start.

Ceramic coating & paint correction

Ceramic coating and paint correction are performed by consultation only — Sarah evaluates your paint in person first and will tell you honestly whether it's worth it for your vehicle before any coating work is booked or charged.

Payment

Payment is due at the time service is completed unless you're on a membership plan, in which case your plan terms apply.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
